Bruce Norris a highly respected investor and Bob Campbell, a well known
financial advisor, both are predicting a significant downturn in So. Cal. housing
values. Both gentlemen are published authors armed with volumes of information
and lots of charts and graphs to back up their predictions. In the real estate world
they are considered both accurate and successful predictors of the market cycles,
especially in southern California. Within the past year they have moved millions of
their own money out of California and invested in housing markets in other states.
Wouldn’t we have done better if Enron executives told us when they moved their
millions out of that investment? Put simply if educated knowledgeable millionaires
are moving their money out of here, my only question is where are they going?? I
am not going to second guess or out smart them I am simply going to follow them.
Few things in life are more simple. When someone knows more than you, follow
them and do what they do. Nobody needs to invent a new map simply follow the
map that has already been made.
